The simplest way to book is to call us on 015 00 12 34, Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 19:00. If we are with a patient, leave a message and we will ring you back the same day.

Where to find us

Haverwerf 14, 2800 Mechelen. The door is the green one on the quay, ten minutes' walk from the Grote Markt.

• By train: a fifteen-minute walk from Mechelen station, or bus 1 to Veemarkt.
• By car: the nearest car park is Parking Haverwerf; we are happy to tell you how to reach the door from there.
• By bike: there are racks right in front of the house.

The ground floor and one treatment room are step-free. Let us know when you book and we will make sure you are seen there.

What to bring

Your identity card, a prescription and any scans if you have them, and comfortable clothes.

Changing an appointment

You can cancel or move a visit free of charge up to 24 hours before. After that we ask for half the fee, because we can rarely fill the time.
